i don't want to get into typing about what happened now, but service on a monday night with only a handful of patrons should never be this horrendous. how bad? like genocide-level bad. i'm surprised that THE COSI ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE RITZ AT THE BOURSE hasn't caught on fire and burned to the ground due to employee neglect. this place should be avoided like VD.
