i want to bring noma (north of market st) and soma (south of market st) to the center city lingo. i haven't figured out how to designate west and east of city hall yet. the barbarians in soma would probably want it that way.

actually, true story, my neighborhood falls under a new CDC which is called New Bold, or Newbold. It covers Tasker to Ritner, and Broad to 18th. And if anything I should be called SoPa, South of Passyunk. Or SoSoSoWaSoSySoPA: South of South, South of Washington South of Snyder, and South of Passyunk.
